Machine Modernization

We modernize old foam production machines without requiring a from-scratch investment. We preserve the mechanical structure, renew the electrical and automation infrastructure, and migrate the control system to the Foam Brain production management software. As the Turkish distributor of the UK’s Cannon Viking, we also bring global production technology together with fast, local support.

Led by the foam fatigue tester that foam manufacturers rely on for their quality control processes, we address a wide range of testing needs with our MK-1020, MK-1040, MK-1070, and MK-1090 models.

We design, manufacture, and install our devices in Türkiye. Because we control everything from components to software, we’re at your facility within days when you need repairs, calibration, or additional capacity — not weeks, unlike imported brands. Our Izmir-based team provides local technical support and on-site service.
