ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, AND SAFETY POLICY

Employees, contractors, and visitors working within VILUTRA TECHNOLOGY have responsibilities to ensure a
safe working environment, take all reasonable precautions for their own health and safety, and consider the health and
safety of all other individuals who may be affected by their actions.

VILUTRA TECHNOLOGY will take all reasonable and feasible steps, including engaging employees within the organization
and/or external experts through service procurement, to improve occupational safety and health conditions in all
relevant activities.

VILUTRA TECHNOLOGY commits to the following:

• Promoting a culture of occupational safety and health by encouraging active participation of all employees,
  contractors, and visitors in the development and support of measures to enhance
• OSH Establishing and maintaining relevant policies, procedures, systems, information, training, awareness
  programs, and organizational structures to support and disseminate effective
• OSH practices within the organization Ensuring compliance with all applicable OSH legislation, regulations, and
  standards Implementing risk and hazard management systems related to the risks within the organization and
  appropriate to those risks
• Providing a safe working environment and equipment for controlled operations
• Providing suitable OSH training for all relevant personnel Developing an annual OSH program to improve health
  and safety in the workplace
• Allocating sufficient resources to continuously improve OSH performance
• Providing regular health surveillance for employees
• Actively responding to all incidents, investigating them, and ensuring the prompt return of injured employees to
  suitable employment through fair management of their rights claims and rehabilitation practices
• Managing environmental and OSH risks associated with new investments or modifications to existing investments.
• Consulting and engaging our employees in processes that impact our environmental and OSH performance.
• Promoting and supporting the efficient use of energy and natural resources.

In line with the established principles, we regularly assess the risks and opportunities of our internal and external
issues, compliance obligations, and significant environmental and OSH dimensions that affect our environmental and OSH
performance, taking a life cycle perspective when setting our objectives.

We consider continuous and sustainable improvement in environmental, occupational health, and safety matters as the
responsibility of all VILUTRA TECHNOLOGY employees and openly declare our activities in these areas to
the public.
