Personal Data Protection Law Information Note

I acknowledge and declare that all personal data belonging to me, within the scope of the Vilutra Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Company”), is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation, and that the Company has provided me with complete and clear information regarding my rights under the relevant law and other legislation. Within the scope of the relevant information, I undertake that the Company will fulfill its obligations regarding data security in accordance with the legislation, and I reserve my right to request the compensation of any damages I may suffer due to the unlawful processing and acquisition of my personal data.

My personal data, belonging to me, is collected by the Company through card program methods. The Company processes my personal data for the purpose of benefiting from campaigns, stores them in the company database for a period of 5 years, and shares them with supplier companies, official authorities, and our business partners.

This consent form includes my explicit consent for the processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data, both domestically and internationally.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policies published on the website www.vilutra.com by the Company, and within the scope of the above Information Note, I here by give my consent for my personal data, customer information, and personal data of special nature, to be processed for the purpose of customizing them according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of both existing and new services, planning and implementing special sales and marketing activities, managing and executing customer relations, tracking requests and/or complaints, conducting market research, planning and organizing activities aimed at ensuring and/or increasing loyalty to products and services, and to be retained by me until otherwise specified.
